For many celebrities, going to work on set comes with meeting a lot of new people, working with other actors, and potentially meeting the new love of your life. After all, it can be hard not to ignore chemistry if it's there! And for these 20 actors, they brought their fictional romances to real life, even if only for a short period of time.

1. Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt

Perhaps one of the most iconic couples in Hollywood history, everyone knew and wanted to learn more about "Brangelina." The since-divorced pair first met on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith in 2004 and fell in love while working with each other, which was a very controversial fact given Brad Pitt was still married to Jennifer Aniston at the time. The two ultimately separated after 12 years together.

2. Tom Holland & Zendaya

You know what they say, every Spider-Man needs his Mary Jane Watson! As it turns out, this couldn't be more true when young actors Tom Holland and Zendaya began dating after meeting on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming. Though the two began as friends, it quickly developed into something romantic which many fans had already been speculating.

3. Liam Hemsworth & Miley Cyrus

A friendship that blossomed into love, marriage, and sadly ended with divorce, Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus' story began on the set of The Last Song way back in 2009. The two were together for about 10 years before calling it quits, with the singer speculated to have released several songs since written in her ex's honor.

And that's not all - Gossip Girl led to more than just one celebrity couple after meeting on set. Though it was a rather short relationship of about 2 years, Sebastian Stan and Leighton Meester did date while filming the series. Looks like this show just had a romantic air to it that the actors couldn't ignore.

7. Kirston Dunst & Jesse Plemons

It looks like not all Mary Janes end up with Peter Parker as Kirston Dunst found love on a different movie set with fellow co-star Jesse Plemons. After filming Fargo in 2015, the two started dating and eventually tied the knot several years later in 2022. The two are still married and now have two lovely children together.

Despite recent controversies turning the public against them, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have been a powerful celebrity couple in Hollywood for the past several years. It looks like sometimes romances on screen just translate into real life, as shown with Rose Leslie and Kit Harington who starred in the beloved Game of Thrones series and played a couple in the show.
